Good Morning, News junkies uh the Presidential Fitness is still around my kid has done it every year in elementary school and you don't compete against a set time. You set your standard time in the first test and then you have to be your times every time you take it after. So they do it, 3 Cycles in a year and you just always have to beat your record that you previously set.

Happy weekend News, Junkie crew, when you talk about this fitness test, the push-ups, the pull-ups, all that Sean. I'm kind of, uh, I'm let down by the fact that you couldn't even. Just hold the pose. To do a push-up, man. I'm 48, I'm going to be 49 in 3 weeks. I can drop down right now and bust out 40 push-ups nonstop. Come on, man. Get it together bro. You're better than this Sean. Supposed to be our hero.

Afternoon News junkies. Hey, Sean, I gotta come to your defense on that. Uh, I was the same thing. I was in school, uh, play baseball, basketball football, soccer played, all kinds of sports ran track, uh, was in great shape and I couldn't do a pull-up. Uh, could do sit-ups could do all kinds of other exercises, it was in great shape, and, for some reason, I just I could not do pull-ups at all. So don't feel bad us athletic, guys, and guys are in a great great shape, but we just, uh, we just can't pull it off. I guess, have a good 1.

Yeah. Apartments are the worst. We had an apartment where the neighbors had roaches and they got into the walls and no matter what we did. I mean, no matter what we did, we cannot get rid of the roaches. And our car got stolen twice within like 3 months. Thank you.
