I think I've mentioned before I work Property Management over in Palm Beach. There is something you can do preventative. Uh they do it down here, it's called a termite Bond. And they will come in and inspect your home and pre-treat and everything else and it's charged by the square foot. It's not super cheap, it's going to cost you, you know about 22500. But at that point, you are covered. If you ever have termite infestation, they come and treat. It doesn't cost you a dime. It's like, in termite insurance. It's called a termite Bond. Check it out.

Now that not only does it kill all the bugs and termites in the home but it'll also like almost incinerate them and and they'll turn into dust particles so there'll be nothing in the house but just dust and you just like sweep that away.
