Hey News Junkie, uh, talking about those tacos, it looked like Berea beef tacos, because he had that juice next to it. Uh, my wife gets them all the time, and I think they, it's a soft taco, like tortilla shell, but then they fry it in the juice or something. And it gives it that soft color. Uh, they're actually very delicious not cheap tacos, wiggle, wiggle, pop pop.

Hey news junkies uh podcast listener here. Um I have a take on ozempic, I have been on osmek myself, I pay out of pocket from an online. Um distributor compounded version a few hundred a month for me. Um, not for weight loss, I got out of rehab, I've been sober, 500 and some odd days, um, but I was really struggling at first and I had uh, read about cemig glue, Tides helping with, uh, addicts and so out of kind of desperation, I found. Um, you know, no doctor would listen to me but I did just was able to pay out of pocket for it and it's it's been helping a lot. Um and there are a lot of studies with all sorts of addictions I think y'all have even touched on it a bit. Um, and also my dad has dementia and there have been studies about it helping with um brain health, blah blah, blah blah. So for me um it's been Um, a life changer and I have lost weight. Uh, wasn't a hugely needing to lose weight. So I actually uh, it kind of sucks sometimes because I Have lost my um love of food a bit. Um so I mean you know there's give and take but I wish that they would open up it the uh, idea of a zimic for more than just weight loss because there are a lot of other studies that have been done and we're all probably going to get cancer in 10 years. Hello, everyone back when I was a paramedic. I see the story where the guy was so big. Um, first day to cut a wall to get him out of the house and then when I got him out, he couldn't fit in the back of the ambulance. So they had to do what's called the Shamu tarp where it was a big blue tarp and he rolled onto it and it's like 8 guys on 1 side and 8 guys on the other side and I picked them up and put them on the back of a flatbed truck to get them, uh, to the hospital. They actually have a special lift that when you first go into ER and some Er, is that can weigh them. So they can, you know, hook the corners of this net thing, or this hammock thing, and, you know, kind of like, in the meat market but just bigger, Anyways, many of y'all.
