Of course, the NFL is rigged, case in point. Super Bowl 50. My Carolina Panthers was undefeated that year tearing up. Everybody. Cam Newton was the MVP who had the best defense of the Year. Best offense coach of the year. We made it to the Super Bowl playing their Golden Boy. Payton Manning at Super Bowl, 50, a nice round number for him to retire and his best friends with the owner, John Elway. And we get to the uh, Super Bowl and play like we've never played. Football in a million years and we lost the Super Bowl. They was not going to let him Newton in the Carolina Panthers win over their Golden Boy. That's 1 of the reasons why I stopped watching and I haven't watched the NFL game since. Hippie out.
Good afternoon. Junkies the Mad King here, Daytona Beach. So professional sports being fixed about 5 years ago. I'm here in Daytona Beach and I picked up 1 of the camera crew guys for ESPN. He was telling me how NASCAR is fixed, and he told me who was going to come in first and second in that race. Now, if we would have had Hard Rock bet, I would have been freaking rich, Wiggle wiggle, pop pop.
Sean, I really do love that you are just so on top of everything Sports all the time, 100%, but you did actually hit it right on the head. Um, that you can't challenge a flag. That hasn't been called. Um, so if there is a face mask and nobody caught it, and there was no flag, you can't challenge that it happened. Um, which is really unfortunate, because you're going to have that human error, take place, no matter what. In every single game, I mean, you just can't catch everything. Um, that being said, the NFL is also an entertainment organization. It's not an Athletics or organization. So I personally do feel that you're going to have a level of riggory amongst all of it. Um, my problem is when you have it rigged so much that it then affects the outcome of the game to the point where it's no longer taking into account, the player's athletic abilities and what they've performed on the field as When you're removing that from it, that kills a sport as an entirety for me. Um, so yeah. Just my thoughts. So yeah.
The problem with the NFL trying to rig games is if they ever got caught, I wouldn't want to watch anymore. And I'm pretty sure most other people wouldn't want to watch anymore. It's not like WWE where you're expecting a storyline. You already know it's fake and you're just there for the show. Sport a sport because you don't know what's going to happen. Anything can happen things that you wouldn't expect to happen, can happen, you know? It's like a live thriller or something.
Okay, so With the, uh, Replay for the NFL, they used to replay everything and if you thought the games were long and boring now, cuz they go like 3 and a half hours, it was even worse back then, cuz they would replay everything. So now you can only replay certain things. A coach only has like 3 chances to Ask for a replay. So they did it to kind of make the game Flow better. But, I mean, I don't know. It's a It's a pretty boring sport to watch. You're moving for like maybe 15 minutes out of the 3 hours. But hey, that's football. We love it.
Dude, I just passed 3 Cars on A1A southbound and Cocoa Beach. First 1, young lady, looking at the phone, that's pretty normal. But still dangerous, second 1 is a family with 2 toddlers. No car seats, terrible parents. Third 1, guys, drinking a Natty, Daddy windows down. The can is huge. What the hell people.
