Hey guys. Um the other day I heard a dispatch about somebody getting a little more money from Verizon. When they called in, I um have 3 teenagers and a husband who were all using it. We have a Bill of about 350 a month so the twenty dollar credit was kind of a joke. Um and it annoyed me but I never thought about calling in until that uh, tip and I did and they gave me twenty dollars for every line we have. So that was fantastic. Um, I just had to wait on the phone a bit but it was patient and I was very kind and very thankful and I wasn't pushy I just said, hey, we have all these lines. I got affected.
