I've just been listening to all the prices people pay for cell phone. Y'all need to get with mint mobile, Ryan Reynolds, new cell phone company. It's been around a couple years, but it's $180 for a whole year of unlimited calls. Texts, messaging, internet, everything. What are y'all people doing?

Hello guys. So I absolutely am horrible at geography. Um I I've just always had been and I remember in college having to study for an a final exam and the only thing that I can remember from that is, the capital of Finland is Helsinki because I came up with if you don't find land your sure as hell gonna sink. Hey guys, so I'm just uh, well sending a dispatch. I wanted to say, so I heard from, oh shit. So, I heard, from 1 of my friends, that watches, you guys all the time. Uh, his name is John, uh, he said with John Collier. He said that, um, you guys were looking for somebody who had a story about, uh, losing weight, um, and I wanted to, I guess we'll start sharing my story more about how I was able to lose over 200 pounds. I was, uh, over 400 pounds and I got down to a like, a little bit like, basically 100 well, 180 pounds, like, right below. And 365 days. Um, I did it through juicing fruits and vegetables and I was bedridden at the time from a lot of where I had a lot of backstory. I had a like, probably 5 back surgeries at this time, from a thing called a pinat me. And, uh, so I was bedridden for a few years, in a hospital bed. And, um, yeah. So uh, oh yeah. So yeah, I would love to share my story with you guys and oh, also send you guys some free juice because you're in mland. And I mean, I live in Altamonte Springs so, I mean, I can drop it off pretty quick and then also, I teach at I teach Muay Thai at, um, 10th Planet Orlando under, uh, my coach Ben Saunders. hey guys, I got uh, Verizon, I've actually got 4 lines through Verizon, my wife and my kids too, and, um, it was actually nice not having my phone work yesterday. My boss couldn't call me, um, my wife couldn't call me. It was, uh, it was pleasant. So, uh, I'll take the twenty dollars and the uh, 5 hours of work of peace and quiet. It was a great day. And uh, so everybody who's complaining about Verizon, quit your bitching.
