Hey guys. Happy day uh the guy in Nashville with the skull open. Um the interesting thing about the brain is it has no like Pain neurons. So you could like poke around in your brain and it wouldn't hurt. So that's probably why this guy's not freaking out. Um, but he's going to end up giving himself a lobotomy just by poking at it. Guys, I used to live in LA and I got invited to 1 of these parties in the hills and there was a Velvet Rope of an area for the upstairs part where I was not allowed to go and I will won't name names but I did see a few High name celebrities walking around up there but I was told that is a no no zone. So it was definitely 1 of those freak parties.

Hey news, junkies, what's up? Uh, I was just listening about the, uh, housing prices and, um, I get what you're saying, but in Florida, I think it's a little bit different. Um, you really can't go anywhere in Florida and find a decently priced house, unless you're maybe out in Eustace somewhere. Uh, For example, about 8 years ago, I bought a 3,000 square foot home, 2 house 5 bedrooms, 4 bath in Palm Bay and it was $150,000. That same house. Uh, I sold it a couple years later because I moved to California came back that same exact house is now 45000. In Palm Bay. And that's not even I would consider like a a large city. Um and even right now I live at a tiny little suburb called Port St. John and houses are going for 350, you know, my sister's been looking for a house, uh, out on the beach where she works and she can't find anything under 500,000 and that's just crazy to me like in a in a few years for a house to jump up that much. Uh, it's just it's impossible for anybody who works a full-time job by themselves to find, you know, a house anywhere in Florida. And if your whole family lives here, you're not going to want to move to somewhere out and, you know, BFE Arkansas. So, Just my 2 cents.

We start our day at 6, oclock in the morning, and I usually don't finish until about 8 oclock in the evening. And sometimes you gotta work Saturdays and Sundays to, to finish a project.
