News junkies, I went to see Rob Schneider a couple years ago. in The Improv in Orlando I knew him from movies and find him to be really funny on all of the stuff that I've seen him on. So I thought his stand up would be great. Turns out he is not that funny at all. He just basically tries to make jokes that could just be new stories on Fox. um the comedian right before him Monty Franklin was getting some shit from him about being on. Joe Rogan and not saying anything about the show upcoming. Um, I could see why he wouldn't want to associate with. Mr. Schneider, um funny thing is I guess, uh, I am a republican I just didn't find it to be funny. I want my comedy to be comedy my politics to be politics. So
Hey guys, happy day with the allergy thing. Some people's allergies are so severe that even if the thing that they are allergic to touched the same frying pan that was used on a different dish. You know, it could still impact them. That's why on candy bars that don't have nuts in it. It'll say manufactured or produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts. So if your allergy is that that severe maybe you know find a couple restaurants that cater to that specifically and will not have what you're allergic to in it. I'm not saying be a Hermit but at what point Do we cater so strong to someone and then still have the possibility of a peanut having been dragged across a frying pan. And now that person is sick. And yes, I know it's not common that people have that that allergic but it happens.
so obviously, yeah the whole Disney plus thing saying we can't sue Disney whatever is ridiculous, but When you have a peanut allergy that bad you should not be eating out that's on them. And um, I mean, why would you they should have made them sign a waiver to eat then? I mean, it's ridiculous if I have a restaurant and someone says that what am I going to take the risk of getting sued and ruining everything because of this I mean I don't know I think. They shouldn't have been eating out in the first place.
Sean you touched on it briefly this uh, binding arbitration instead of being able to sue people this is in all kind of things you buy television sets refrigerators stoves cell phone service and the cell phone found this 1 out buddy had a cell phone in his vehicle. The battery was defective it overheated exploded in Fry the inside of his car. Guess what? Finding arbitration. Good luck.
