Hey junkies price here first dispatch. So yeah Borderlands is a beloved franchise. I mean up until the most recent game. Like all of the games had great reviews, like very favorable reviews, even the most recent game had decent reviews. So, you know, very very beloved video game franchise. I played the first 2 word of lands 1 and 2 and I enjoyed the hell out of both of them. Um that said, uh, it's a pretty wild game. Uh, the story isn't much but the dialogue was very well written. Um, unfortunately these games came out like, you know, a decade and a half ago, but you know in some cases probably over, uh, you know more than that almost 20 years ago. So a lot of the dialogue in the story is kind of encapsulated in that era of uh humor like it's very much like lol l random kind of like Adult Swim type humor. Um, and that was kind of fresh and new and video games at the time not so much now and uh to make a movie out of it. I feel like it could have been a a decent movie had they maybe stuck with the the same feel as the video games or at least the first 2 but um, yeah, uh, as soon as I saw that they they cast Kevin Hart in it. I knew this was not the movie that they should have been making with this franchise. Just uh, I think from that point I was kind of already checked out. Wiggles and Pops

Um yesterday we were talking about it today kind of got brought up again just now, um, but yesterday during the conversation of Stolen Valor there was a comment made in twitch, uh saying Stolen Valor is like when a 911 dispatcher says that they're a first responder. Um, It it's taking everything in me to not curse when I explain this. Um, but just to kind of simply put it. something happens don't call 911 you find your baby face down in a pool. Don't call 911. I want you to drive to a fire station and see if the ambulance is there a b if it's in service C if that's the station that responds to your house because yes, even though it's close to your house. It might not be in your jurisdiction because it's a different agency somebody breaks into your house or steals your car or shoots somebody. I want you to go drive the streets and try to find a cop to come to your house. Don't call 911. Because we're not First Responders. We don't respond to anything. We don't answer or call and send these people to your house. We don't give you life-saving instructions when we tell you to pull your kid out of the pool and start doing CPR. Don't call 911. I want you to go find these people on your own. And then try to get them to come to your house and tell them where it is and stay calm while you're doing it. Oh, and by the way, if you can also give the CPR instructions to your wife that's crying holding your dead kid in her arms. Good luck, too. Okay, that's it. I'm done.

So I downloaded it and I listened to it 2 and a half times through on my morning walk and it was just excellent from start to finish it just put an extra pep in my step started my morning off with Good Vibes just Really excellent work if anyone hasn't checked it out yet. Hey, good afternoon. Junkies Lucy dookie here. Just want to quickly comment on the Cancun situation. I don't know too much about it. Mainly from what you guys have been talking about. But it is 100% possible that these girls were drugged for the sake of being kidnapped, uh us and European girls. Go missing every single day to be caught up in the human trafficking game. Uh, I've even seen reports and stories where hotels here in the US are not only complacent but are complicit in helping human traffickers as far as like providing rooms. Uh, it's a massive business with incredibly powerful players. So to think that it's an impossibility that this would happen at a Mexican resort, I think and I mean no offense is maybe a bit misinformed if not, maybe a bit gaslighting. But it is also completely possible. These girls took something of their own volition and didn't feel the effects until then or straight up lying. But until more information comes out, I don't think any some I don't think any scenario should be ruled out automatically. Uh, that's all for me. See you later guys. Thanks.
