So the justification for building data centers is we need them to run the large language models or AI. Uh, if you see what happened in the recording industry, they used to have these big giant facilities and all this equipment and now you can make recordings, I have a studio at your own home Sean you know you have a studio right there, 20 years ago, you would have to show up at the radio station Well what's going to happen? We start running all these large language models on our computers at home in the next 5 or 6 years. What are you going to need a data center for? That's my big question.
