Cars can safely go 100 miles an hour. Ticket me sure take me to jail? No way!

So I think House Bill 351, the super speeder law. That just went into effect is complete BS. I don't know if you guys are familiar, but the reason that this law was proposed in the first place is February 2022. And 11 year old was killed in a crosswalk. By someone who was doing 85 miles an hour in a residential area. That's very sad unfortunate and that person should be in Jail arrest or lives. That's 100%. I don't disagree there. How this then turns into I can't do 25 over on the highway anymore. Which I know this is like who wants to make this argument? I am, I think this is stupid. The modern cars have no problem going, 100 miles an hour, most of the cars on the road we'll say, 25% are coming from Europe where they have to be able to drive on the autobahnd, right? And they can do 150, no problem they're Geared for it. The tires are built for it. The crash safety is more or less built for it. This is totally asinine to me that. Now we're going to potentially be going to jail because we went A little too fast. I mean it it this is this is a stupid to me. There's still limits were designed I believe initially for fuel economy. Regulations, that's not a concern cars. Have 7 and 8 gears in their Transmissions. Now they can easily get 30 Mi to the gallon while doing 90 or above that. I this is just another case of something bad happened and the Republican senator. I forget, I don't want to say senator, but the Republican person in Winter Park, who decided this who came up with it completely overreacted. And now we have What I think is an asinine law. I've rambled too long, if you made it this far, thanks wiggle, wiggle, pop, pop.

My point here was it was already illegal to speed in residential areas and that didn’t stop the initial incident. So making it more illegal is dumb.
