Hey, junkies. That was such a great episode yesterday that interview was so I could have listened to a whole show with you, just talking to that guy. Um, second thing of buddy of mine, son goes to Oak Park, High School, 1 of the schools that you talk to about uh removing the bathroom door. And he and his wife think it's great. Um, that doesn't take away from their privacy. You can't see into the bathrooms and they just want their kid to not have to deal with all the shenanigans that happen. Um, and lastly, I was listening to the podcast on Spotify and at 1 hour 5 minutes and 14 to 15 seconds. You hear this little And since you guys are the, you know, fart Masters, I was just wondering if you could go back and see if that was a fart that 1 of you guys did or if it was a chair moving or whatever. Hey, junkies, just listening to the podcast about HOAs on Thursday. I can't agree with you more. HOAs to me are just a scam, uh, my HOA pays to a larger HOA in the local area. And we are not a gated community. It doesn't seem to make any sense to me. It is just another way that we are, providing money to property, managers and property companies for no reason where there's County regulations and County requirements, that protect us from having purple houses and things like that. So, I'm all for repealing or removing HOAs, they just don't seem to have any data. Also that backs up that they're keeping your property values High. I just don't believe it. Thanks, uh,

I had my daughter's ears pierced when she was a baby. Um, I'm also Hispanic. So I it's very normal for baby girls to get their ears pierced, very young. But we also do it because the older that they get um they tend to mess with them. Like if you know they're I don't know 4 or 5, they'll touch them and their hands are super dirty and they tend to get infected as of babies. They won't touch their ears and then, you know, it heals properly and plus they look super cute anyway. Bye,

Hey junkies, I'm 100% on board with getting rid of HOAs as a whole. Now technically I live in a town home community. So like you can't get rid of HOAs as a whole, you know. I can't just replace my roof. I have 4 houses, connected to me so they all have to be replaced so things like that. Yes, I will gladly pay into like an HOA type. Fund to take care of the homes. But this year, my HOA spent over 90,000 on Spectrum cable for the entire Community. I don't watch cable, I don't need that. But yet, I'm paying for it. I don't want to, but I have no choice. If I don't, I get a lean placed on my home. It's not fair.

Hey y'all my 11 year old niece was watching, Kpop demon hunters and I asked her if it was any good, she like gasped and she was like this is my 900th time watching it so I gave it a shot and I was blown away about how good the movie was itself and the music was so catchy. I'm on board y'all.
