Basically says that you Nintendo's, leasing you the console and leasing you. The video games, which basically means you don't own them anymore. So if you do anything that Nintendo doesn't like like a modify your console to be able to play games, you aren't normally supposed to or add mods to your games, you know, in ways that you're not supposed to Nintendo now, has the ability to cancel your subscriptions cancel, it's just straight up, delete your account, or break your console.
