I remember as a kid watching, like John Madden trying to explain football plays with the chalkboard and um, man. We've come a long way since they're embrace it. Watch football. It's much better now.

Is anyone else having an issue with the iHeart Radio App where randomly throughout any stream, be it, uh, during the show or during commercials it'll randomly jump back, like, 2 3 seconds. And then play the audio over again. Uh, I have an iPhone 11. I don't know if it's just like an older model issue, or if anyone else is having it with like newer model, iPhones, or any other apps. Good Morning, News junkies uh the Presidential Fitness is still around my kid has done it every year in elementary school and you don't compete against a set time. You set your standard time in the first test and then you have to be your times every time you take it after. So they do it, 3 Cycles in a year and you just always have to beat your record that you previously set.

Happy weekend News, Junkie crew, when you talk about this fitness test, the push-ups, the pull-ups, all that Sean. I'm kind of, uh, I'm let down by the fact that you couldn't even. Just hold the pose. To do a push-up, man. I'm 48, I'm going to be 49 in 3 weeks. I can drop down right now and bust out 40 push-ups nonstop. Come on, man. Get it together bro. You're better than this Sean. Supposed to be our hero.
