He said about 3 quarts of liquid came out of the bird. Um so they're not going to serve that for dinner this year and I'm kind of worried that this is going to be the year of like listeria turkey because of all of the weird things that are happening in our food industry. But anyway, gobble gobble have a good Thanksgiving.

I sent you a dispatch on this very subject, Friday, telling you how much better. A prime is rib is than a turkey. And I sent a dispatch last year. And the year before, this is what we do. Every year, Publix has got them on sale for 1199 or 1299 a pound, but if you wait for Christmas they run them at 899 a pound. Yeah, it's more expensive than turkey but it's damn better and you just put it in the oven at 375 for an hour and then slow, cook it all day. Just like a turkey. It's up. It's easier.
