Every year, Publix has got them on sale for 1199 or 1299 a pound, but if you wait for Christmas they run them at 899 a pound. Yeah, it's more expensive than turkey but it's damn better and you just put it in the oven at 375 for an hour and then slow, cook it all day. Just like a turkey. It's up. It's easier.
