Sean kosher does not mean blessed by Rabbi. This is a common misconception kosher has to do with how the animal is slaughtered. It has to do with how healthy the animal is. When it is slaughtered, And it has to do with how the meat is processed, Kosher meat, has to be salted um all the blood drawn out of it. Um yeah, so that's kosher um, has nothing to do with any sort of blessing at all. Um but yes there is rabbit supervision to make sure that the slaughter happens properly. The meats processed properly, the animals healthy, when it dies Etc.

Hey guys, podcast listener. Here, I'm listening to you guys. Talk about unpasteurized milk, raw milk. And the thing about it is that it's just like human breast milk when you heat up milk to high temperatures to kill off bacteria or killing off. A lot of really good stuff too. And the issue with raw milk is on these huge dairy farms whether you like using this Machinery. There's a lot more potential for bad stuff. Bad bacteria to get into the milk when you have a small scale operation, like a small dairy farm, there's a lot less chance that bad stuff is going to get into the milk. And when you pasteurize milk, you're killing off. A lot of really good. Stuff that's in the milk. That just like human breast milk. Um, it's much better not to heat up human breast milk. Um, if you're somebody who gets breast milk from someone else because you can't produce it or whatever the case is, Um, they do recommend that you, that you heat it up, um, to kill off anything. That's potentially dangerous, but if it's your own baby, like, you don't want to do that. You want to, you want it straight from the tap, you know what I mean? Because it's so much healthier. There's so much good bacteria and good stuff that's in the milk, um, and that's the same thing with cow's milk like you, if you can get it raw from a small scale operation, it's so much healthier than than drinking the pasteurized stuff. Um, but if you're getting it from a huge dairy farm, obviously don't want raw milk. It's there's so much more chance that there's bad stuff in there that can make you sick. So that's that's the low down on that.
