New email scam?
Sorry, if this is not hurricane related, but we got an email the last 2 days of a receipt. And you open the PDF for the receipt and it's oh, it's either Norton. Antivirus or something. There's like, if you did not make this purchase, please call this number. And I've gotten 2 emails, with 2 random. Payment ways like I think today was PayPal. 1 was the other 1. The first 1, I'm not going to lie had me convinced, but I'm definitely not going to call because I checked my bank account and I was fine. So now I've seen it again today, I'm like, hmm, is this the new scam? So I'm wondering if you guys have seen anything or gotten anything like that, or if maybe you already talked about it and I'm just behind, then uh, never mind.

Hurricane alert
Hello, junkies, uh, saline. You're talking about people being in church with that going up. Well, what about people that were in a movie yesterday and that went off and, you know, supposedly Sean said, it overrides everything and I think it does. So like you're in a movie yesterday at a real dramatic part or a real suspenseful part and all of a sudden everybody's phones are going off. I don't know, I put was pretty funny, I think? Or it would have been funny anyway. All right, thank you. Everybody be safe. Twinkle edits out.

Alert in Church
Okay, so, first of all, um, Sabrina You are not alone. My friend, I did not get the alert yesterday nor did my husband. Um, and coincidentally Cain just mentioned, uh, it going off in church and what that's like and uh, I will tell you, that's exactly where my husband and I were last night. Um, and I heard 1 person at least go off maybe to, uh, but I didn't hear anybody else's go off. It wasn't like it was a mass alert that suddenly, you know, enveloped the room. Um, so it seems like there are a lot more of us that didn't get the alert. So,

Question for Shawn
So Sean, you're talking about on the show yesterday using that battery to run your studio. For a while. But don't you need internet? I don't know, I don't know how your studio works. Uh, probably not gonna have internet if you don't have power. So either way, stay safe. Everybody. I don't know. You've been through before. You've been through before, you kind of know what to expect everybody just stay safe.

Will insurance cover your injury if you stay in a mandatory evacuation
Big Daddy, Dave here. I wonder if you're in a mandatory evacuation Zone and you get hurt. If the insurance is going to cover your injuries, since you're in a place, you weren't supposed to be. You know, Insurance to try to get over on you, any time they can. So, stay safe. Big Daddy. Dave out wiggle, wiggle pop.

Coyote got the cat
Hey junkies. I just want to start off by saying, I spent the first 30 years of my life living in Florida and just want to wish everyone, you know best case scenario, hope everyone's good during the storm. We want dispatching about is uh catching up on the podcast. I I actually had a coyote encounter about a week 2 weeks ago, myself I was out walking 1 of my dogs and in our neighborhood there's kind of like a half wall life, separates like grass area from the parking lot and I was, uh, walking by and around the corner. Came a coyote, just kind of sat down, looked at me looked at my dog, we just kind of backed away. Not breaking eye contact, you know, no big deal, everything was fine, and then I go to walk my dog again later a couple hours later and the coyotes gone. But what's there is about 2 or 3 of the legs of 1 of the neighborhood cats that it got. Uh, so they definitely will, uh, grab your pets and and uh, tear Them up. That's uh, yeah, real thing. Anyways, you guys have a great day uh be safe.
