Happy Tuesday, Junkies. On the topic of ghosts in a hotel room or I guess any building for that matter. Man, I've been trying to talk to these ghosts for years. And they're rude. Never talk back. Never move anything never turn any lights on never give me any signs. great listeners terrible at holding a conversation though. And uh, so I don't our death recording system for the State of Florida, uh, they rewrote a whole new program. So we are back. still had a little bugs or still trying to figure it out, but after a month almost a month and a half of the entire system being down. Hey, Sean, Sabrina and C Lane. Hope you all are doing well. Checking in from Oregon. I heard you all talking about the um Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. Um The Shining wasn't filmed there. But Stephen King stayed there and had the inspiration for the movie when he stayed there. Um kurin and I were able to stay there. and um We did The Shining tour, which was really cool and very creepy and there's a little Pet Cemetery outside and when I was sleeping, I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like somebody was grabbing my leg, which was really creepy, but it turned out just to be my imagination. And there's a hotel here in Oregon. Um called the Timberline Lodge up in Mount Hood and that is where some scenes from the outside. Um of The Shining were filmed and it's actually really cool up there. But that hotel is very historic and very old and very creepy. We didn't stay at that 1 but it was cool to kind of go around and take a look at it. Anyway woke up today to 49 degree weather. And it looks like summer is over in, Oregon. And I hope you all are doing well there in Florida and beating the heat missed everybody. Love you. Bye.

Good Morning News junkies, uh just heard Sean say that Trump's move into Venezuela. That's not what he meant. Um, don't fall into the Trap that is what's happening with the media. They hear sound bites and or they uh, cherry pick, uh, half phrases out of things and make a big thing. I'm really tired of hearing that. Oh, he's going to be a dictator on day 1. He said that yes, but then he said, uh, that's just about closing the border and drilling for oil after that. No, uh, but nobody wants to pay attention to the real story. It's kind of like, uh, trying to write a book report, uh, just reading Cliff Notes you're going to miss a lot of stuff and you're going to get it wrong. Uh, anyway, so just be better than uh the rest of the news media and I always like to listen to you and um, I have a great day.

Hey junkies, uh first time long time Tomahawk here. Hey, uh, so I was in the Navy in the 90s and and the way they did it back then anyway is uh, you took your test and there were 3 tiers you were either promoted immediately promoted, uh, after I believe it was 3 months, uh, and it's just like a tier system. So if you don't score high enough on the test, uh the promotion test, then you have to wait a certain amount of time before you're actually promoted. So that's how that works with, uh, receiving achieve the rank doing fulfilling the duties and uh actually being promoted.

What's up, y'all happy today. All right, Sean on this whole Stolen Valor stuff. My father served. I guess during Vietnam, but he was stationed in the Sanford Air Base. He was an aircraft electrical engineer. He would fix the planes that came back from Vietnam to send them back over so they could keep serving a Vietnam. There is no way he would ever call himself a combat veteran he knew he wasn't As far as the lady that worked in the hospital here in the States during the Vietnam war. I'm going to age myself now, but Sean you're not too much younger than me, really a little bit, but you remember the show MASH? That show was about a hospital in Korea in a war zone. I'm pretty sure they got bombed. They lost doctors stuff like that. That is a combat veteran. I mean there there's where your line is. Everybody can say what they want. Each side wants to believe what they want. I'm with you man. What are the facts what actually happened sniff that out. If you're smart enough or care to we need to quit being divided. We have more that brings us together than divides us. I hope we all come together soon. Love you all.
