Hey junkies, uh first time long time Tomahawk here. Hey, uh, so I was in the Navy in the 90s and and the way they did it back then anyway is uh, you took your test and there were 3 tiers you were either promoted immediately promoted, uh, after I believe it was 3 months, uh, and it's just like a tier system. So if you don't score high enough on the test, uh the promotion test, then you have to wait a certain amount of time before you're actually promoted. So that's how that works with, uh, receiving achieve the rank doing fulfilling the duties and uh actually being promoted.
