nah man. I ride myself. granted I'm not a jackass riding in traffic but I have my fun on my bike. you can crash and luckily be unharmed and still have the bike in riding condition. if she "intentionally" hits a motorcycle, I would say that could be seen as attempted murder in the first place. even if he cut her off like you say, that doesn't warrant hitting a biker with your car. she got home. went inside to get a weapon and went back outside. she could have stayed inside and called police. if someone hits me on my bike and takes off, if I'm able to, yes I'd probably follow them as well and call police when I get there.
