A man convicted of murdering an 11 year-old girl and her babysitter attacked his attorney in a Florida courtroom. Joeseph Zieler appeared to draw his attorney in close to whisper something to him just before hitting him in the head with an elbow.

The sentencing comes after a 33 year-old cold case was finally solved in Cape Coral, Florida. In a 10-2 vote, jurors recommended the death penalty for Zieler. The defendant disputed the charges despite DNA evidence left at the scene.
