Yeah, I tore my ACL this past year. Um, the uh, the injury itself actually didn't hurt which was weird. It just felt kind of like wobbly but the surgery and then the recovery afterwards was just amazed over a bowl. Probably like 1 of the worst experiences ever and it's just months of just constant pain rehab not being able to sleep because you have to sleep in a giant. Cast looking thing like the brace that goes on you and your crutches for a little while like it. It's it's just miserable. Like I'm just now getting back to normal activity like a year later. Um wouldn't recommend it.
