Good morning. Okay. So I tore my ACL had meniscus damage and a spiral fracture of my tibia. This happened probably about 10 years ago back in January. I actually finished my shift at work. And ended up drove myself to the hospital. Went to the hospital, you know, they did all their stuff or whatever, um had surgery 2 weeks later and I was back full. full capacity probably by september Yeah, it was kind of painful.
