Hey guys. I hope you guys are doing well in regards to this rental thing. How is it possible that this landlord did not realize that? Um, the guy the tenant was not paying the rent for 13 months as soon as you missed the first payment you already own your tenants as like Hey, where's my money? So how do you let it go for 13 months and not say anything to your tenant? I don't I don't get it and usually a portal or zelle is better because it gives you receipts benmo charges you fees Etc whatsoever. Thanks. Bye.
