I have been in the food and beverage industry for many many years and I currently work in a bar at Disney where the only thing I do is make drinks for servers. So my paycheck when I receive it shows I'm kind of taxed almost 3 times the first tax comes from me being paid an hourly rate. So I get taxed on all of that. Then my next 1 is any cash at the servers? Give me they put it into a system now if they put in the full amount they do if they don't they don't but regardless I get tipped. That way and I get taxed on that as well. And then lastly anytime a server gives me gratuity. Then I get taxed on that as well. So that's almost 3 times. I'm getting taxed on 3 different forms of income coming in to me. Hope this helps.
