so, All these parks and whatnot that are getting Renovations. Uh, some are good. Some are bad, oddly enough. All of them seem to have pickleball courts that are getting installed on them. So if that doesn't tell you, who is screaming the loudest that these board meetings, generationally Um, that should tell you. So if you got a problem with it, you know you got to get out there and you know, talk to your Commissioners but I live on a golf course that it got bought out by the county, Seminole County in Casselberry, and essentially it was just, um, uh, a property investment for the O Pro euis owner. And uh, the county wouldn't buy it from them unless they basically doubled their money. So the county salad is an opportunity as a cash cow and uh, it satisfied, all the local residents. So everybody turned out to be happy and, uh, we only have to pay Uh across like a 20-year time span like an extra 20 or 30 bucks a month in property, taxes, so works out for everybody but in the end, all these Parks. The upgrades are essentially I guess just future Investments and their land Holdings.
