Hey, what's up guys? This is in regards to the HOA. Uh, stuff I am a process server for the court here in Florida and I am serving an overwhelming amount of foreclosures in Liz pendants. Um, with the petitioner being HOAs, um, on to homeowners, unfortunately, uh, even if they're current on their mortgage, um, in many cases in the area in which I work, they are able to foreclose on your house.
