Doesn't matter what the U.S. rules are for child endangerment are if you're on a cruise ship

As far as uh, rules and regulations for child endangerment. I would imagine that would be up to the cruise line because once you're in international waters, doesn't matter what the rules are in the United States or the Honduras or France or Spain. You're an international waters. So you'd have to look up maritime law, I guess for that 1.
