Sean, if you think that I would not call in after that comment about hiking, you have lost your marbles. Hiking is amazing. And yes the the lady probably should have had a few extra things to make sure that she was safe. But There are women who are in their 80s who are hiking the Appalachian Trail. In fact, there is a lady who has a book out. I highly recommend everybody reading it. It is uh, old lady on the trail and she was 80 years old when she set a Triple Crown in a Triple Crown. In case, you don't know is hiking the entire Appalachian Trail or Appalachian Trail. However, you want to say it, the Continental Divide and the PCT Pacific Crush Trail. It's over 3,000 miles. And so, It's very healthy for you. It's very good for you. But you also need to understand that there are risks and there are free classes everywhere on teaching you what you should pack, how to do things first aid. So be smart. But if you would, uh, ever like to get out on the trail, any of you guys, I would love to take you hiking sometime. I actually guide hikes as a side gig and uh, I can make sure that you don't get eaten by a bears or attacked by boars. So there you go. Wiggle, wiggle, pop, pop and stop hating on hiking. Sean.
