Amy caughfield is absolutely right. They do not have the drainage infrastructure up north like we do down here in South Florida. We've got a canal in lock system. We've got a much better way of getting rid of the excess water. Florida is much better equipped to handle it, because that's what we've been dealing with. Uh, of course, unless you live right on the ocean and then the ocean's going to get you. Nothing you can do about that.
