The driver that was going in the wrong direction had his headlights off, in a curve on SR44. The wrong way driver went 9 miles in the wrong direction. The driver going the correct way was actually doing 84MPH. Still speeding but not 100MPH like the news reports. They collided head on and 3 passengers in the vehicle going the correct way passed away and now the driver that was going the correct way is facing the same charges as the wrong way driver. Reckless driving, yes. Vehicular homicide, never. That, in my opinion doesn't constitute life in prison.
