Good afternoon, evening junkies. Hey, I wanted to tag in on the AI, uh, with job interviews. I just recently went through, a layoff, was off work for 3 and a half months. Um, during that time, I applied for 535 jobs. Um, I went through 43. Second, and third interviews, I was ghosted by everyone else. Nothing came back to me sometimes, instantly sent a rejection email, as soon as I applied. And basically they're looking at your resume that's going through AI to see if you have all the qualifications. So I had 30 plus iterations of my resume to send out depending on what the job description was. Um all for that to come back and get a job local uh with someone that I knew personally um and I'm happy about that but it it is a hard Market out there and AI is making it more difficult like a wiggle, pop, pop pop.
