Hey guys. Yeah, that was a that was a textbook situation of um tactical questioning if you will. Um it it really boils down to yes or no questions. Um, and also active listening and listening to what's going on in the background and, and kind of what she's saying in between the different, you know, orders of the pizza, if you will. Um, the dispatcher did an excellent job. Those officers did an even better job finding her and just following directions from the dispatcher in the Comm Center. Um, as far as the technology goes, when I started in 2008, we were just going off of Triangulating positions between 3, different Towers. Now, um, the technology exists where we use the same GPS information that you give to like Uber or um door Dash or anything like that. We can get that information directly from your phone into our computers and into our system and um, Send it directly to the officers even better. Um, there's technology now where we can send you a link, you click on the link and allow us to see your position live and follow you. As if we were we had your phone on us. Um, it's really the the the technology for 911 is getting better and better. And and I'll always say as long as you can as long as we have a location, we will get you help. No matter what it is. We just need to know where you are if you can't talk. That's fine. Just we just need to know where you are and and we can this is an example of we can get you help. Um, great job, great, great outcome. Very cool. Okay, that's it. I'm done.
