The Substance is about an aging star in Hollywood being pushed aside for the next young, hot thing. Down on her luck, she finds a mystery package revealing a medical breakthrough that will change her life forever.

If you like nudity, there's like 30 minutes plus of Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley completely nude in all sorts of situations. If you like good writing, however, you're shit out of luck because this plot has so many holes that it doesn't make sense if you think about it for more than 11 seconds. The ending is potentially the worst ending of any movie I've seen this year.

It was quite bad.
