Here's a little knowledge. I know about the allocated liquor issue. The problem is, mainly the Distributors and the distilleries, the distributor doesn't allow the liquor stores to have. More than 1 or 2 bottles. The distilleries are releasing a lot less volume of rare Liquors than they need to the actual juice that this liquor is made from is the same as many other brands out there that you can walk in and buy. It's just how long it's aged where it's aged in the Rack House. Other than that, it's the same distilled spirits. The other problem is the liquor stores that can get allocated liquor. They will hold it in their back room in the back shelf for their buddies and friends and you won't ever get a chance to see it on the Shelf.
