The whole premise of the movie is Alan Alda as the president of the US starts, uh, a war with Canada. In order to increase his popularity, it's got a great cast, Alan Alda, uh, Dan Aykroyd Ria, Perlman John. Candy, Steven Wright, and a whole bunch of other bit players, but, uh, very, very funny movie. Thanks. Bye.
