If you're going to consider the 14th Amendment and its supposed to be used for slaves and was back in the day, um, I think that argument making a change to the amendment opens the door to the second amendment being changed. Because at the time muskets were your main form of weapon. So if you're I think it's a slippery slope saying uh, consider the time period.
