Good day, news junkies. I just wanted to address the the rager party idea. I lived in a house when I was an undergrad with 5 other guys and the only value of this house was because it was not in great shape, was that it had a lot of bedrooms and it had a huge basement and could accommodate so many kegs. Every single weekend we had, I would say between 150 and 200 people crammed into that house. That was a pretty big house so that was fine. But we also had cops that lived all around in our neighborhood. And all we would do is go over and say listen in order for us to have this party. What do we need to do? And they'd all say the same thing. Try to keep everybody inside, don't have people all in the yard and everything else and occasionally somebody walks outside to pee or whatever. But generally speaking, we kept it under control and it was never a problem, uh, for the Neighbors. Um, we managed to keep it pretty cool but there were serious stuff going on in that house and I lived in essentially, the coat room. So every time I'd be ready to pass out, I'd have to dig myself a little tunnel in all those codes and people would find me the next morning there. So anyway, that's it.
