Been a oh, it's been a while since I've had this question and I happened to last year. Um, I got fired during the hurricane last year it was the day of the hurricane. I was forced to work outside. Um I refused to work because it was blowing 80 mph. And I was working outside in my own personal vehicle driving around tossing newspapers. Um, is that legal? Let me know.
