What's up guys? I think somewhere along the line I had heard the Santa say, That if they eliminate the property taxes, they will replace them with a state tax. Considering there's lots of millionaires, and billionaires that have moved here to escape state taxes. I would think that that would be a windfall for them in the short term. Now I'm not sure about the money, how that would work out if there would be more worth more money to do it that way or not. But uh, not sure about that. So maybe Sean knows something about it.
