The first company gets a contract for $50,000 They in turn hire somebody to do the job for those and then they turn around and hire somebody to do the job for 30,000, well, the 30,000 company ends up having a cost override of 1,000 dollars, so they have to charge each of the 2 companies that hired them in the first place 1500. And that's how you get the 54,000. It's all just a shell game and scam later.
