Speaking of living in places where you shouldn't, here I am standing on Palm Beach about 200 yards from the ocean looking at houses that are right on the beach. I mean, not even a quarter of a football field between the backyard and the beach. So we ever get uh cat 3 here. We're going to find out how bad it is to live there.
