Working at a hotel made my immune system super human.

I worked at a really big hotel for a long time, about 19 years. I got a different job now, but while I was there, there were 2 ways in which I think my immune system was incredibly bolstered. First of all, hundreds of thousands of people went through this place every single year and so I was exposed to a lot of things from my immune system to improve and adapt upon. And then the other thing was we ate off the Queens, the big rolling racks of food, um, after they were, you know, finished serving. There'd be all these leftover things. I never ate off of somebody's unfinished plate, but there'd be all these leftover things and there was a point, you know, they kind of rolled through the back, hallways, getting closer and closer to the dish room, and there were sort of a point of no return depending upon where it began or when you had seen it out first, where you would make the Judgment call, nope, not going near that, but you would keep it. Very keen eye for things like that working in a hotel and you knew when stuff went out and when it didn't, and I think it really really made me stronger uh good immune system over here.
